Englewood, NJ, July 28, 2022 – Retail is buzzing at Babcock Ranch in Florida as Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Eric Spritz continue leasing at Crescent B Commons and start leasing at The Shoppes of Yellow Pine. Cashion and Spritz have been representing Kitson & Partners to help fill retail space with top-notch retailers in the new and developing city in Southwest Florida. The city is entitled for six million square feet of commercial space including retail, office, industrial, hotel, and more. Cashion and Spritz are spearheading the commercial efforts for the entire city.

Englewood, NJ, July 19, 2022 – At the height of Covid, in July 2020, Katz & Associates was retained by Cohen Commercial Properties and ALTO Real Estate Funds to fill more than 25,000 square feet of restaurant/retail vacancies at Renaissance Commons, the mixed-use community in Boynton Beach, Florida. Katz’s Eric Spritz and Daniel Solomon, CCIM, are pleased to share that the majority of spaces are now committed; they have confirmed restaurants including: First Watch, Lemongrass, Ramen Lab Eatery, El Sabor Latino, and P.F. Chang’s To Go.

A former hhgregg at a prime intersection in Boca Raton, Florida has been sold and will become an EoS Fitness. Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Daniel Solomon, CCIM represented the seller, Pan York Glades LLC, in the $10.6 million dollar transaction. Meridian Retail Group’s Tyler McRae represented the buyer, CIRE Equity, working with CIRE’s Josh Volen in the deal. Located at 20841 S. State Road 7, the property at the intersection of Glades Road and State Road 7/441, sold is +/- 41,250 square feet on +/- 3.4 acres.

Katz & Associates is pleased to share that four outparcels at St. Cloud Commons in Kissimmee, Florida are now leased. Earlier this year Katz’s Vanesa Rodriguez, who represents the ownership of St. Cloud Commons for inline leasing and outparcel sales, sold the outparcels to developer MHW. SRS’s Blake Hunter represented MHW to lease the outparcels to First Watch, Pollo Campero, Mattress Firm, and DECA Dental; and CBRE’s James Mitchell represented Zaxby’s. Three inline spaces at the center remain available for leasing plus one outparcel are available for ground lease by Vanesa Rodriguez.
