Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that David Singer has joined Katz & Associates’ New York office as Sales Associate. Singer has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, having orchestrated dozens of food and beverage retail transactions in Manhattan and New Jersey. Most recently, Singer worked at RJ Brunelli where he aided in the expansion of the women’s fashion boutique, Twenty5a & a first location for GIA, a Thai chicken & rice quick-serve concept from chef Chat Suansilphong. Both stores opened earlier this year and plan on rolling out additional locations in 2020.

Global commercial real estate advisory firm Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) and Katz & Associates are pleased to announce a 37,364-square-foot lease at 98 Route 10 West in East Hanover, New Jersey. A new PGA TOUR Superstore will be opened at the space, which is owned by Williams Parkway LLC. An NKF team of Managing Director Dean Tselepis and Director Jerry Putterman represented ownership while Hugh Scullin of Katz & Associates represented PGA TOUR Superstore.

Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that Volkswagen recently signed a lease for 30,000 square feet at 6 Hutton Avenue in Nanuet, New York. The 30,000 square foot free standing building is located on Rockland County’s busiest shopping corridor and was formally occupied by Bob’s Discount Furniture prior to their relocation. After completion of Volkswagens extensive renovation, the car dealership is slated to open in mid 2020.

This marks the xx deal on behalf of the company. Julie Gardner and Emily Schneller from Katz represented Bath & Body Works in the transactions totaling over 22,500 square feet.
