Harlem Shake, an iconic casual spot for burgers, shakes, and more in the heart of Harlem, New York, is expanding through a franchise deal for a second location to open in Brooklyn, New York. Katz & Associates’ David Yablon represented Harlem Shake through RESOLUT RE’s Sherry Naquin Sanchez and Spencer Bowman in the transaction. The new 1,200 square-foot restaurant (with another 1,200 square feet in basement) will be located at 119 5^th Avenue, Brooklyn, and will feature the same modern, dinerlike setting with retro Harlem photos.
