Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that Presidente Supermarket has signed a 20-year lease at Cross County Plaza set to open in the first quarter of 2020. The West Palm Beach location will mark the 53rd store in Florida. The location is the site of the former Winn Dixie on the SE corner of Military Trail and Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach which boasts the highest traffic count in Palm Beach County. The 53, 291 sf grocery store will be completely remodeled by Presidente.

Warby Parker has opened their first East Hampton Location. Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, secured the site on behalf of Warby Parker. The landlord was represented by Richard Hodos of CBRE. The 1,250 square foot store is located at 50 Newtown Lane, East Hampton.

Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that 7-Eleven recently signed a 10-year lease with Landlord, ACHS Management. The 1,900 square foot store located at 241 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn is set to open by the end of the year. Scott Sher represented the landlord as well as the tenant.
