Warby Parker is set to open another New Jersey location in Shrewsbury this Saturday, October 5. Brian Katz and Scott Sher of Katz & Associates secured the site on behalf of Warby Parker. The Landlord, Federal Realty, was represented by Chris Cole from Metrovation. The 1,700 square foot store is located in a portion of the former Talbots at The Grove at Shrewsbury.

Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce the signing of two new leases on behalf of Sugaring NYC in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The 1,350 square foot store is the first in Brooklyn, situated in the heart of Park Slope at 100 7th Avenue. The NYC flagship 2,000 square foot store is located at 5 West 30th Street in NYC just steps away from 5th Avenue in Nomad. David Yablon facilitated the 10-year deals on behalf of Sugaring NYC and Jeffrey Kessler from LEVITAN represented the landlord for the Brooklyn store.
