Warby Parker continues expansion in Brooklyn with a new location on Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope. This is the third Brooklyn location and the second location for which Brian Katz and Scott Sher of Katz & Associates represented Warby Parker. The store opened on January 25 at 208 Flatbush Avenue; it is 2,564 square feet. The property was represented in-house by Pintchik Associates.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is set to open its newest location, in Dania Beach, FL, on January 27, 2020. It will be located at Dania Pointe and occupy 11,155 square feet. David Emihovich, Managing Partner, Katz & Associates, represented Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants to help secure the site. Emihovich is the South Florida broker for Cooper’s Hawk, and this marks the sixth restaurant opening for which he has partnered with the company. The project, managed by Spencer Phelps, is owned by Kimco Realty Corporation. Newmark Knight Frank represented the deal.
