Divieto Ristorante just signed on for a new 5,907 square foot restaurant in Coral Springs, FL (2729 N. University Drive) anticipated to open Q4 2021. Retro Fitness is flexing in Florida with a new 15,000 square foot location coming to Tamarac Town Square in Tamarac, Florida. Eric Spritz of Katz & Associates facilitated the lease on behalf of Retro Fitness for the new full-service fitness center at the Publix-anchored center owned by Regency Centers. Spritz represented Retro Fitness franchisee Michael Baney in the deal; Lliliam Delgado-Marquez with Regency Centers, and Michael Mogerman and Laura Briggle with Forefront Commercial represented the landlord.
