Retro Fitness is flexing in Florida with a new 15,000 square foot location coming to Tamarac Town Square in Tamarac, Florida. Eric Spritz of Katz & Associates facilitated the lease on behalf of Retro Fitness for the new full-service fitness center at the Publix-anchored center owned by Regency Centers. Spritz represented Retro Fitness franchisee Michael Baney in the deal; Lliliam Delgado-Marquez with Regency Centers, and Michael Mogerman and Laura Briggle with Forefront Commercial represented the landlord.
Retro Fitness will be located at 8129 North Pine Island Road at the corner of Pine Island Road and Southgate Boulevard. It is anticipated to open in early 2022.
