New York, NY, December 9, 2024 – Lincoln Market continues to expand in New York City with their largest store yet. Lincoln Market recently signed a 20-year-term lease for a 35,809-square-foot-store at River Place (660 W 42^nd Street). The store is among the largest street-level grocery stores in Manhattan. Katz & Associates’ Scott Sher represented Lincoln Market, his fourth lease for the grocer. Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Moran, Steven Soutendijk, Alan Schmerzler, Michael O’Neill, and Taylor Reynolds represented the landlord, Silverstein Properties, Inc. The store is slated to open late 2025.

Englewood, NJ, November 21, 2024 – With a recently signed 23,000-square-foot HomeGoods lease at The Shoppes at Yellow Pine by Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Eric Spritz, the center is 100% leased. The Katz team, including Robert Nuchereno, is now turning their attention to phase III: retail at B Street, Kitson & Partners’ mixed-use lifestyle center in Babcock Ranch, Florida. Between The Shoppes at Yellow Pine and Crescent B Commons, Cashion and Spritz secured more than 30 best-in-class retailers totaling over 145,000 square feet.
