413 Dickson, LLC Acquires 54,000-Square-Foot Well-Positioned Shopping Center in Growing Greater Nashville Market

Nashville, TN, June 10, 2026 – 413 Dickson, LLC purchased Hallcrest Plaza Shopping Center in Dickson, Tennessee. The 54,000-square-foot shopping center was purchased from Pebble Holdings II for $8,718,000.

Katz & Associates’ Holly Buchanan, CCIM, represented the buyer and leads the Nashville office. Ty Hasty with Great South Real Estate & Development represented the seller. Hallcrest Plaza is anchored by Ulta Beauty, pOpshelf, and Office Depot and is home to a strong mix of retailers serving the Dickson community.
