Like the Roaring 20s post-Spanish Flu, we’re seeing a resurgence; Floridians are hungry for normalcy, and exciting restaurant concepts are meeting the appetite for dining out. Divieto Ristorante just signed on for a new 5,907 square foot restaurant in Coral Springs, FL (2729 N. University Drive) anticipated to open Q4 2021. Daniel Solomon, CCIM, and Karen Maerovitz of Katz & Associates represented the landlord, and Barrett Wolf of Wolf Co. Real Estate represented Divieto Ristorante.
“The market is hot in Broward County suburbs and we were able to sign a lease to bring Divieto to Coral Springs,” said Daniel Solomon, CCIM, and Karen Maerovitz of Katz & Associates. “We’re excited for area residents to enjoy the amazing dining concept.”
The Coral Springs location will be Divieto’s fourth restaurant, joining locations in Doral, Estero, and Aventura. Divieto, Italian for “prohibition,” takes diners back to the Roaring 20s with décor and ambiance of the era. Divieto provides a casual dining experience with the quality and service expected from a fine dining venue. They offer over 70 signature Italian dishes, all made from scratch using local ingredients, from thin crust pizzas to homemade pastas with an extensive bar of wine, traditional cocktails, and a list of 1920s inspired drinks custom created by their mixologist.
