Englewood, NJ, March 29, 2023 – Academy Sports + Outdoors’ first South Florida location is coming to the Shoppes at St. Lucie West in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The popular sporting goods retailer has signed a 15-year-lease for a new store to be built (63,000 square feet) slated to open in Q4 2023.

Englewood, NJ, March 23, 2023 – 7-Eleven is coming to Herald Square in New York City. The new 2,200-square-foot store will be located at 128 W 34^th Street in Manhattan. It’s slated to open in late summer 2023. Katz & Associates’ Scott Sher represented 7-Eleven franchisees Paul Kandhari and Jag Rajpal in the 15-year lease, and Newmark’s Jeffrey Roseman and Marc Leber represented the landlord.
