Englewood, NJ, October 11, 2023 – Sunbeam Development Corporation has selected Katz & Associates for retail leasing of The Park Miramar, a new, upscale mixed-use community in Miramar, Florida. The +/- 125.65-acre community, located at the northeast corner of Miramar Parkway and Red Road, will feature:

• 325,000 square feet of retail space including: an anchor grocer at the southwest corner, retail stores and restaurants, and entertainment,
• 2,825 residential units,
• 100,000+ square feet of Class A office space,
• 185 key boutique hotel with a rooftop bar, and meeting and banquet space
• 7,500 parking spaces onsite

Englewood, NJ, October 6, 2023 – Brightmont Academy is coming to Shoppes at Yamato Corner in Boca Raton, Florida. The accredited private school that provides customized one-to-one instruction to students is backfilling the 4,000 square foot former bank outparcel space. It’s slated to open Q2 2024. Katz’s Nicole Fontaine and Leandro Pereira represented the landlord, and Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Schmergal and Tara England represented Brightmont Academy in the lease.
