On behalf of the seller, Brian Katz, Jonathan Greenberg, and John Heretakis of Katz & Associates completed the sale of a former freestanding Party City located at 205 Hallock Road in Stony Brook, New York. The 1.16-acre property has been sold for $1.6 million to Zucker Investment Group (ZIG) represented by Russel Helbling and Stu Fagen of Sabre Real Estate. The deal closed on May 21, 2021.

Capitalizing on the rapid growth in Loxahatchee, Florida, Jon Cashion and Karen Maerovitz of Katz & Associates are representing the landlord of Grove Market Shopping Center, the main shopping plaza in the area.

Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Daniel Solomon, CCIM, represented Hampshire Companies and Redfearn Capital on a lease for Publix (54,965 square feet) in Port St. Lucie, FL. Publix relocated and expanded within The Shoppes at St. Lucie West to their new prototype store, which just opened on April 15, 2021.
