On behalf of the seller, Brian Katz, Jonathan Greenberg, and John Heretakis of Katz & Associates completed the sale of a former freestanding Party City located at 205 Hallock Road in Stony Brook, New York. The 1.16-acre property has been sold for $1.6 million to Zucker Investment Group (ZIG) represented by Russel Helbling and Stu Fagen of Sabre Real Estate. The deal closed on May 21, 2021.
