Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that Rod Garcia has joined Katz & Associates’ New York City office as Sales Associate. Garcia has an extensive sales background and began his career at The Ritz Carlton as a Human Resources Associate. From there he joined Yahoo in the Digital Media Sales Division and was recognized as one of the top 10 producers. Garcia launched his real estate career at Urban Real Estate five years ago and during that time closed hundreds of residential rental and sales deals in the New York Metropolitan Area.

Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that Lincoln Market has signed a 20-year deal on the ground floor of 1134 Fulton Street in the emerging Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. The 12,656 square foot high-end grocer is one-of-a-kind with full frontage on Fulton Street on the corner of Franklin. Scott Sher represented the landlord while David Yablon represented the tenant, both on behalf of Katz & Associates.

Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that Urban Air Adventure Park has secured six new sites in Florida. The Wellington location opened to great fanfare last month and Kendall is set to open in July. Locations in Coral Springs and New Tampa are slated to open in 2020. Currently under construction are Urban Air Adventure Park’s in Jacksonville and Plantation. Daniel Solomon, CCIM, MSRE, Principal of Katz & Associates, has been working with Urban Air Adventure Park as their exclusive broker in Florida since 2017 in conjunction with National Master Broker Edge Realty Partners.
