The Vitamin Shoppe is opening a new store at the Shoppes of North Brunswick and Amy Staats of Katz & Associates helped secure the site. Staats is the Master Broker for The Vitamin Shoppe in Northern New Jersey and 11 states in the Northeast. Chris Kaufman of The Azarian Group represented the space.

Residents in the Huntersville/Cornelius area of North Carolina will soon enjoy the bold flavors and inviting atmosphere of Firebirds Wood Fired Grill when it comes to Birkdale Landing. Julie Gardner of Katz & Associates worked with the popular restaurant brand to secure the site (5,600 square feet plus a 600 square foot patio). The space was represented by J.D. Yearwood, formerly with Lat Purser
