Katz & Associates’ Marty Hennessy has represented Pet Supermarket in a lease for a new store in Ocala, Florida, and the Katz team is seeking many additional sites for stores that would open in 2022.
The new Ocala Pet Supermarket store (7,540 SF) is located in Marion Shopping Center and is slated to open in August 2021.
