The 93,000 square foot former Bennett Auto Supply Distribution Center in Pompano Beach, Florida is being sold to Elion Partners, a real estate investment firm, for $11,650,000. Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion, Eric Spritz, and Leandro Pereira represented HAR-BAR-PB3141, LLC, and Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Etner Jr. represented Elion Partners.

Katz & Associates is helping convenience retailer 7-Eleven grow its Manhattan footprint. Katz’s Scott Sher represented 7-Eleven for three new Manhattan locations for a combined total of over 8,000 square feet. The new stores are slated to open in Q1 2021. The new 7-Eleven locations include 675 8th Avenue (3,471 SF), landlord rep by David Green and Zach Nathan of Colliers International; 800 6th Avenue (2,800 SF), landlord rep by David Yablon of Katz & Associates; 110 Church Street (2,500 SF), landlord rep by Ross Berkowitz, Jake Siegel, and Andrew Stern of Newmark Group.

Roxanne Register and Nicole Fontaine of Katz & Associates have served as integral retail real estate partners, helping to lease up Boca Raton’s premier, new mixed-use project, Uptown Boca. Register and Fontaine, the exclusive retail agents for Uptown Boca have procured 20 leases (with another few currently in the works) on behalf of development partners Schmier Property Group, Giles Capital Group, and Rosemurgy Properties whom they represented in the transactions.

Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that Katz represented Floor & Decor in deals to bring the retailer’s first two Connecticut stores to market. In Danbury, Brian Katz facilitated the sale from Realty Income to Floor & Decor on a 12-acre property. He also represented Floor and Decor for the lease in Fairfield, CT, which will fill the site formerly held by Kohl’s, in co-tenancy with a new Aldi grocery. The new Floor & Decor stores (74,000 square feet in Danbury; 80,000 square feet in Fairfield) are slated to open in the first half of 2021.
