Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce the opening of the first Queens location of Sugaring NYC at 32-77 Steinway Street located between 34th Avenue and Broadway in Astoria. The second store is under construction at 1225 Lexington Avenue between 82nd and 83rd Streets on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and slated to open later this year. David Yablon facilitated the 10-year deals ranging in size from 1,200 - 2,000 square feet.

Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce the signing of a new lease at 1134 Fulton Street in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. Blink Fitness will join the building occupying 15,100 square feet. Scott Sher facilitated the long-term lease on behalf of the landlord while Ezra Saff of The Retail Zone represented Blink Fitness in the deal.

Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce the signing of three new leases for Retro Fitness. Locations set to open in 2019 include Mt. Olive and Ewing, New Jersey in addition to Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. All three leases have ten-year initial terms and range in size from 12,000 to 20,000 square feet. Hugh Scullin of the Katz New Jersey office represented Retro Fitness in all three transactions.
