Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that Hobby Lobby recently signed a lease for a 44,000 square foot store in the former Toys R Us in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Slated to open 1st quarter of 2020, this marks the 26th deal Managing Partner David Emihovich has completed on behalf of Hobby Lobby since he began exclusively representing them in the state of Florida in March 2013.

This comes on the heels of a new 6,500 square foot location in Knoxville’s West Town Mall. Both stores have ten-year initial terms. Holly Buchanan, CCIM of Katz & Associates Nashville office represented Palmetto Moon in both transactions. This is the 23rd location as the company expands throughout the southeast.
