Englewood, NJ, January 10, 2023 – True Treasures Consigned Furniture & Home Décor is adding a fourth Florida location. The upscale antique and consignment retailer signed a 10-year lease for a 12,000-square-foot store at 3901 Design Center Drive in Palm Beach, Florida. Katz & Associates’ Robert Nuchereno represented the tenant; Cushman & Wakefield’s Tara England represented the landlord. The store is slated to open in Q3 2023.

This will expand Katz’s brokerage work along the eastern seaboard to include the Midwest. Stone is excited to be back at the brokerage firm where he spent a decade from 2000-2010.
