The upscale antique and consignment retailer signed a 10-year lease for a 12,000-square-foot store at 3901 Design Center Drive in Palm Beach, Florida. Katz & Associates’ Robert Nuchereno represented the tenant; Cushman & Wakefield’s Tara England represented the landlord. The store is slated to open in Q3 2023.
