• Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Eric Spritz are helping to lease six million square feet of commercial space in Babcock Ranch, Florida, and Publix, the first tenant at Crescent B Commons, is now open. Crescent B Commons is the first retail shopping center in the heart of Babcock Ranch, the new and developing city, and Cashion and Spritz have represented Kitson & Partners to help bring in top-notch tenants to the new retail development.

Katz & Associates has signed on with Resquared, a Y Combinator-backed startup and provider of commercial real estate lead generation software. Katz will use Resquared’s platform to source quality tenants for our landlord clients, and to reach more operators quickly and efficiently.

Katz & Associates’ Roxanne Register and Jon Cashion represented both the buyer and seller on the sale of the 4.26 acre+/- property located at 1751 N. Military Trail in Boca Raton, Florida. Butters Group purchased the property from Cypress Realty of Florida Inc. for $11 million.

Katz & Associates’ Michael Betancourt represented DDBW Properties to sell an industrial warehouse in the Allapattah neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Keller Williams International Lifestyles’ Belen Salvador represented buyer Innovative Surfaces. The property is a 4,000 square foot warehouse with a 2,000 square foot mezzanine located at 2845 NW 35th Street. It sold for $900,000.
