Katz & Associates’ Roxanne Register and Jon Cashion represented both the buyer and seller on the sale of the 4.26 acre+/- property located at 1751 N. Military Trail in Boca Raton, Florida. Butters Group purchased the property from Cypress Realty of Florida Inc. for $11 million.
