Katz & Associates Brokered Publix Relocation Deal for New Prototype Store in Port St. Lucie, Florida

Katz’s Cashion and Solomon Represented Shoppes at St. Lucie West Landlord for Publix Relocation Lease; the 55K SF Grocer Now Open

Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Daniel Solomon, CCIM, represented Hampshire Companies and Redfearn Capital on a lease for Publix (54,965 square feet) in Port St. Lucie, FL. Publix relocated and expanded within The Shoppes at St. Lucie West to their new prototype store, which just opened on April 15, 2021.

“We are excited to be able to help Publix continue to serve their customers by helping them expand within the center to one of their newest prototypes,” shared Cashion and Solomon.

The former Publix store at St. Lucie West was 48,000 square feet. The space will be split for three tenants, including a 28,000 square foot Bealls Outlet/Home Centric combination store that Cashion and Solomon secured.
