Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that Molly Marcum has joined Katz & Associates. Molly joins Katz’s Tennessee office working on tenant and landlord representation with Holly Buchanan, CCIM.
Previously, Molly was at Boyle Investment Company where she worked on prospecting, creating and implementing merchandising plans, marketing, and the leasing of Boyle’s projects including Capitol View and McEwen Northside. Molly also helped create the agency’s Tenant Cares program, a very successful initiative that facilitated communications with tenants, which helped generate new leases and renewals.
Molly shares that one of her favorite parts of commercial real estate is the entrepreneurial spirit – working with clients to help them achieve their goals. She enjoys working with clients to help them start or continue their dream. Molly met Holly Buchanan at an industry meeting a couple of years ago and the two hit it off. Now is the right time for Molly to join Katz, and the two are excited to team up and work together.
Molly graduated from the University of Georgia. She is an active member of ICSC and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Tennessee. Molly lives in Nashville with her husband and baby daughter.
