Englewood, NJ, July 19, 2022 – At the height of Covid, in July 2020, Katz & Associates was retained by Cohen Commercial Properties and ALTO Real Estate Funds to fill more than 25,000 square feet of restaurant/retail vacancies at Renaissance Commons, the mixed-use community in Boynton Beach, Florida. Katz’s Eric Spritz and Daniel Solomon, CCIM, are pleased to share that the majority of spaces are now committed; they have confirmed restaurants including: First Watch, Lemongrass, Ramen Lab Eatery, El Sabor Latino, and P.F. Chang’s To Go.
Renaissance Commons, located at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Gateway Boulevard, is in the heart of Boynton Beach’s super regional trade area. “These new restaurants will help elevate an already best-in-class mixed-use project servicing thousands of nearby residents and daytime population,” said Eric Spritz and Daniel Solomon of Katz & Associates.
El Sabor Latino (6,300 SF) opened earlier this year. First Watch (4,100 SF), Lemongrass – which was an expansion/relocation (5,494 SF), and Ramen Lab Eatery (backfilled Lemongrass’ former space of 2,131 SF) are slated to open in Q1 2023. P.F. Chang’s To Go (1,840 SF) is slated to open in Q4 2022.
Two spaces remain: 3,160 SF and 3,890 SF. Contact Eric Spritz (ericspritz@katzretail.com) and Daniel Solomon (danielsolomon@katzretail.com).
