Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Daniel Solomon, CCIM represented the seller, Pan York Glades LLC, in the $10.6 million dollar transaction. Meridian Retail Group’s Tyler McRae represented the buyer, CIRE Equity, working with CIRE’s Josh Volen in the deal. Located at 20841 S. State Road 7, the property at the intersection of Glades Road and State Road 7/441, sold is +/- 41,250 square feet on +/- 3.4 acres.
EoS Fitness will be well positioned. It will be adjacent to Burlington and Pet Smart and near several surrounding national retailers including: Publix, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Dick’s Sporting Goods, The Home Depot, REI, and more.
