Katz’s Cashion and Spritz Confirming Top-Notch Tenants with More Availability in Helping to Lease Six Million Square Feet of Commercial Space

Englewood, NJ, July 28, 2022 – Retail is buzzing at Babcock Ranch in Florida as Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Eric Spritz continue leasing at Crescent B Commons and start leasing at The Shoppes of Yellow Pine. Cashion and Spritz have been representing Kitson & Partners to help fill retail space with top-notch retailers in the new and developing city in Southwest Florida. The city is entitled for six million square feet of commercial space including retail, office, industrial, hotel, and more. Cashion and Spritz are spearheading the commercial efforts for the entire city.

Located at SR-31 and Cypress Parkway, several national retailers have already signed and opened at Crescent B Commons in Babcock Ranch, the first solar-powered city in the United States. Joining Publix, Pi Pizza and the Royal Paw Groomer, Cashion and Spritz have recently confirmed Heartland Dental, Great Clips, and Pet Supermarket; Katz’s Paige Eber represented Pet Supermarket in the deal.

At The Shoppes of Yellow Pine, Cashion and Spritz will fill approximately 130,000 square feet of retail space. They are actively entertaining leases and LOI’s with multiple drive-thru positions, free-standing lakefront restaurants, box and outparcel opportunities, and more. Completion date for the center is slated for the end of 2023.

Babcock Ranch is an 18,000-acre “new town” development in Southwest Florida. It’s entitled for 19,500 residential units and six million square feet of commercial space.
