Stephanie Smith is an Executive Assistant/Client Service Coordinator in Katz’s Boca Raton office. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Boca over 20 years ago to attend Lynn University and quickly fell in love with the South Florida lifestyle.

Stephanie brings six years of real estate experience working alongside top-producing residential agents in Florida’s competitive market. With a background in luxury real estate and a strong foundation in marketing and client service, Stephanie is well-equipped to support complex transactions and deliver polished, strategic results in the commercial space.

Stephanie is known for her professionalism, local insight, and honest approach, whether she's helping clients find their forever home or investment property.

Before entering real estate, Stephanie held positions as a photoshoot producer for fashion brand Boston Proper and later as a project manager and sales planner at Newell Brands, sharpening her skills in visual storytelling and detail-oriented execution.

Stephanie earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with minors in Fashion Management and PR/Advertising (2010) and her MBA in Marketing (2011), solidifying her passion for branding and client experience. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her rescue dog, Benny.
