Sophia Pappas was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and minored in Communications, which gave her a holistic understanding of various fields.

Working in the healthcare industry for over five years, Sophia gained operational and business knowledge in dermatology. This experience expanded her interest in customer service, brand awareness, and marketing. As a Florida native, she enjoys various outdoor activities, including going to the beach, riding her bike, and practicing yoga. Sophia also loves exploring the world, visiting her home in Greece, and deeply appreciates health, wellness, and her family.
