With an extensive background in commercial real estate, he previously represented clients at Zelnik & Company, specializing in the New York Metro trade area. Sean’s Experience has earned him a reputation as a skilled and results-driven broker in New York City’s competitive market.
Throughout his career, Sean has closed numerous transactions across all five boroughs, with a particular focus on Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Recognizing Williamsburg’s rapid growth, Sean has been instrumental in meeting the area’s increasing demand for commercial real estate since 2011, completing over 20 transactions. A landmark achievement came in December 2022, when Sean represented Housing Works in opening New York State’s first legal recreational cannabis dispensary. Known for his adept navigation of the NYC commercial real estate landscape, he manages everything from boutique retail spaces to expansive multi-use properties. Sean’s hands-on, client-focused approach ensures that every transaction is tailored to meet specific client goals.
His impressive client roster includes national and regional clients including Starbucks, Quickway Japanese Hibachi, Housing Works, Salon Centric, and Ivy Rehab. He also works with prominent brands such as The Bar Method, Rains, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, and The Shade Store.
Sean’s expertise also extends beyond local boundaries; He also represents landlords in some of New York’s most high-traffic areas, such as Jamaica Avenue in Queens, Fordham Road in the Bronx, and Fulton Street in Brooklyn, positioning tenants and landlords to secure favorable terms by staying ahead of market trends.
Sean holds a B.A. in Fine/Studio Arts from Syracuse University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children in Forest Hills, NY, and exploring the vibrant boroughs of New York City.
