Roxanne Register serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing and Sales at Katz & Associates. She is based in the Boca Raton office and is focused on expanding the firm’s retail agency leasing efforts throughout South Florida. Roxanne has a noteworthy portfolio of properties she has represented on behalf of Landlords including anchored shopping centers, upscale retail and pedestrian street retail.

Roxanne has over 38 years of commercial real estate experience. Her extensive background is primarily in the leasing of new, existing and redeveloped retail and mixed-use properties. This includes pre-leasing, anchor and local tenant leasing, as well as outparcel sales and ground-leases. She also has experience providing consulting services for new retail developments, redevelopment projects, budget forecasting and marketing.

Prior to joining Katz, Roxanne was Vice President at CBRE where she focused on providing representation to retail tenants, owners and landlords in South Florida. Before that, she founded ReCor Realty Advisors LLC in Boca Raton as President and Broker. Roxanne also served as Broker and Director of Leasing with Schmier & Feurring Realty.

Roxanne has represented over 40 landlords in her career, including institutional, regional and local owners encompassing over 15 million square feet. Her ability to anticipate an owners’ needs and prepare a property to go to market makes the process easy and pleasurable. Roxanne is a graduate of the University of Montana in Missoula and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.
