Paige Eber, CCIM joined Katz & Associates in April 2013. She has 19 years of industry experience assisting esteemed retail landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing, although her primary focus is tenant expansion throughout Florida.
Paige has overseen and participated in market entries and expansions throughout Florida for numerous national retailers and restaurants such as Walmart, Sams, ChickFilA, The Habit Burger, MASH’d, Ojos Locos, Just Love Coffee, Pet Supermarket, Twin Peaks, Caribou Coffee, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, BurgerFi, Bar Louie, Cameron Mitchell concepts, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Choice Hotels and First Watch. She actively works on Walmart, Sams, ChickFilA, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Qdoba, Curaleaf, Tempur-Sealy concepts, Mattress Firm, Pur & Simple, Marriott Hotels and Crate & Barrel.
Prior to joining Katz, Paige worked at IPC of Naples focusing on retail and office leasing in mixed-use projects, new developments, single-tenant buildings, high-street retail, strip and power centers, as well as, 1031 Exchanges.
In 2011, Paige earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the leading indicator of expertise in commercial and investment real estate. Paige holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Louisville where she attended on a tennis scholarship. She served as a board member with the Salvation Army of Naples for several years, was an Advisory Member of the Leadership Council for Champions for Learning of Collier County and was involved with Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida. Paige mentored three students through graduation with the Take Stock in Children Organization in Collier County prior to moving to Palm Beach where she currently lives with her husband and five children and serves as a Board Member for Delray Beach Public Library.
