Nicole Fontaine serves as Vice President at Katz & Associates with 18 years of real estate experience. She draws upon her time and success as Broker/ Sales Director of her own company, Vertical Unlimited Realty Investment Group, where she hired, trained and managed a successful team of 11 Real Estate Associates. Her focus is on new development, mixed-use high-street leasing, sales, transaction implementation and tenant and landlord representation throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties, specifically Boca Raton and the downtowns of Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. As a native of South Florida, Nicole has an intimate knowledge of the market with deep community ties and numerous professional contacts. Her expertise includes canvassing, cold calling, contract negotiations, strategic asset marketing, financial forecasting and budget management.
Nicole started her career in real estate with The Related Group, selling on-site luxury condos throughout West Palm Beach and Fort Myers. She then began her retail brokerage career as an Associate at CBRE in Naples. There she developed and implemented marketing and leasing sales strategies for 1.5 million square feet of retail development. Nicole then moved to Fort Lauderdale and was a Broker Associate for Stiles Corporation where she performed above and beyond in the top five percentile of Associates in the county. Prior to joining Katz, she served as a retail specialist in CBRE’s Boca Raton office where she successfully represented and built strong relationships with national tenants and institutional owners. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Health Administration at Hodges University in Naples and is a graduate of both the University of Arizona Retail Program and Delray Beach Leadership Program.
Nicole has played an instrumental role in the success of new development mixed use projects in South Florida such as: Uptown Boca, 1212 Adventura and Lotis Wellington. She also Specializes in high-street retail and completed two significant deals in 2022 on Atlantic Ave in downtown Delray Beach, and has three more deals in the works.
