Lisa M. Fitzmaurice serves as Chief Financial Officer at Katz & Associates. Lisa oversees the financial activities of Katz while assisting the CEO with the company's day-to-day operations and management. She is responsible for managing risk and monitoring cash flow, financial planning and forecasting, accounting, financial reporting and financial due diligence and integration.

Prior to joining Katz, Lisa served as Vice President/Assistant Controller at Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, a $100M+ New York-based International investment bank from 1995 to 2003. Her responsibilities included all aspects of financial management, planning and forecasting; SEC reporting and systems implementation and integration.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York, College at Oswego.
