Julie Gardner serves as a Principal of Real Estate for the Mid-Atlantic Region at Katz & Associates. Julie assists clients by identifying retail sites and land acquisitions in Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina. Her expertise lies in helping retailers and developers with their strategic planning, site selection and lease negotiations. She works with some of the top retailers and restaurants in the southeast including The Fresh Market, Texas Roadhouse, DSW Shoes, Ford Fry Restaurants, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Victoria’s Secret, and Bath & Body Works.
Julie has been in real estate for 30 years. Prior to joining Katz & Associates, she was a partner at the Shopping Center Group. Julie is a licensed broker in Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Julie earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Queens College in Charlotte. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 20 years and has served as the Carolinas State Director.
