Jordan Nicholson serves as an Associate at Katz & Associate in the Southeast. Jordan is an integral member of the team, assisting on tenant and landlord transactions. His drive, energy and enthusiasm make him a great asset. Jordan works closely with senior brokers at the firm to vigorously prospect tenants and bring deals to the table for new development projects throughout the state of Florida.
Jordan started in real estate with Katz as an intern, learning from Managing Partner David Emihovich, before joining the company full-time in January 2020. He is eager to continue closing deals in South Florida where he grew up and now resides. As a former manager at Lifetime Fitness in Boca Raton and a local DJ, Jordan is well connected in the region and loves bringing people together.
