Jason Lund has advised blue-chip corporate clients – both Landlords and Tenants – in real estate negotiations with completed transactions in FL, MD, DC, VA, NY, PA, NJ, MA, CA, TN, CT, TX, and Canada. He has provided real estate strategy services for two of the top ten billionaires on the Forbes 100 List.
Additionally, Lund is an entrepreneur, franchisee/owner, and founder. He’s franchisee owner-operator of Frios Gourmet Pops, founder of OSBATT Development, a real estate development firm focusing on college campuses. A founder of Café Frais, a farm-to-table café environment in OSBAAT Development properties, a founder of Campus Stor-It, a mini storage facility focused on college campuses, and a co-founder of Daily Tee Golf, an office building amenity that brings golf experiences to corporate environments.
Prior to joining Katz, Lund was an independent consultant providing brokerage advisory services nationally on behalf of clients in various industries. His most recent corporate role was EMD and Market Leader for the New York City office of Colliers International reporting directly to the Northeast President and US CEO. Before that, Lund worked at several brokerages in New York and Florida for 18 years, including: Colliers International, Newmark Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield and WeWork. Jason started his career at The CoStar Group.
Lund is a licensed real estate broker in New York, Florida, New Jersey, and Illinois. He has his B.S. in Business Administration from College of Charleston. Jason lives in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with his wife and two children. In addition to real estate and business, he’s interested in golf, tennis, working out, and spending time at the beach.
