As Vice President at Katz & Associates, Eric represents retailers and landlords/developers in all aspects of commercial leasing and sales including but not limited to: Grocery Anchored Shopping Centers, Multi-Tenant Buildings, Outparcel Development, New Shopping Center Development, Backfilling Existing Vacancies, Site Selection for Tenants and Developers, Lease & Sale Negotiations, Tenant Expansion Strategy & Market Analysis, and more.
Through his work at Katz, Eric has completed transactions with many national, regional and local tenants including: Dollar Tree, Retro Fitness, HCA Healthcare, Chick Fil A, Club Pilates, Ocean Bank, Starbucks, Dunkin, PF Chang’s, First Watch, Pet Supermarket, Heartland Dental, Arby’s, Great Clips, Sally Beauty, BurgerFi, Sugar Factory, Scenthound, Autozone and countless others.
Eric has years of experience working with landlords of all varying size and scope ranging from local families to institutional organizations such as Realty Income, National Retail Properties, ALTO, Greystar, Kitson & Partners, KPR, ARC Trust, InvenTrust and many more.
Eric holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship as well as Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Florida. His studies in Consumer Psychology provide an added layer of insight that furnish value for his clients. Eric is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
