Denise is an experienced commercial real estate broker with over 30 years in the Florida market. She specializes in land acquisitions and sales, landlord representation, and tenant representation.
Before joining Katz, Denise served as Vice President of Leasing and Sales at Fimiani Development. Prior to that, she was Director of Leasing at Terranova Corporation. She also worked at Stiles Realty, where she was nominated for CoStar Power Broker of the Year.Denise managed leasing and marketing for a portfolio of over 800,000 square feet in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, working with some of the most recognized national tenants, including Costco, Target, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Best Buy, Michaels, Rooms to Go, Outback, Carrabba’s, and Starbucks.
Currently, Denise focuses on off-market and exclusive land listings to acquire large tracts of land for commercial and residential developers.
Originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Denise moved to Florida several years ago and now resides in Wellington. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. Denise has volunteered with the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Office and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
