David Emihovich serves as Managing Partner, Southeast at Katz & Associates. He has been with the company for 14 years. Some of David’s largest accounts include Hobby Lobby’s Florida expansion, doubling their store count in the state since being awarded the business in 2013, and Chick-fil-A, his client since 2007 who he has helped open over 70 new Florida locations. David oversees all of the real estate needs for Walmart and Sam’s Club, including new stores,
acquisitions, dispositions, and outparcel sales, for the Jacksonville and Orlando MSAs, along with all of South Florida. David represents several tenants in various markets throughout the state of Florida including Aspen Dental, Cooper’s Hawk Winery, Curaleaf, QDOBA, Ojos Locos, Sweat 440, and Yardbird, who selected him to execute the entry of their new concepts.
Prior to joining Katz, David was a Leasing Associate with Continental Real Estate Companies of Miami where he worked with various developers and retailers in the state.
David is a graduate of The State University of New York at Buffalo where he was a member and Captain of the Men’s Tennis team. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a former Chairman of the Palm Beach County, Florida Chapter. David is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.
