David Eggnatz
Vice President
David Eggnatz serves as Vice President at Katz & Associates and has been with the firm for over 10 years. As a third-generation, lifelong Florida resident of over 30 years, his understanding and knowledge of the Florida markets makes him a valuable asset. David represents several national, regional, and local retailers as well as various national and regional real estate owners and developers in a third-party leasing capacity. He has completed lease transactions with a variety of tenants including First Watch, Metro Diner, Sally Beauty Supply, Einstein Bros. Bagels, School of Rock, Verizon Wireless, Tire Kingdom, Chase Bank, BurgerFi, Tropical Smoothie, and The Vitamin Shoppe.
Prior to joining Katz, David was a Junior Acquisitions Analyst for J.I. Kislak in Miami Lakes where he was involved in market research, leasing transactions, reviewing budgets, and analyzing rent rolls. He was responsible for performing analysis of operating statements which assisted with the overall use of pro formas and underwriting.
David obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate from Florida State University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and sits on the Leadership Board for the Broward County, Florida Chapter. David is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida.
