Daniel D. DePasquale serves as Vice President at Katz & Associates. His focus is on landlord and tenant representation primarily in New York City and Long Island, and he has also recently taken on Master Brokerage responsibilities in New Jersey, Florida and several states in the Midwest. Daniel has worked with landlords and developers, including: USAA, Starwood, Benenson Capital, The Dermot Company, Harlington Realty, Midwood Investment & Development, and Muss and Starwood Capital. On the tenant side, Daniel works with many well-established national brands, as well as emerging retailers including: Hobby Lobby, Ulta, Ross, DashMart by DoorDash, City Chemist, Central Rock Gym, Book Nook, Hungry Ghost Coffee.
Daniel is adept at securing key locations negotiating lease agreements, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic plans to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. Daniel is working with Hungry Ghost Coffee to expand their footprint throughout New York City and Brooklyn. With Daniel’s help, Hungry Ghost has grown from 8 to 16 locations. Daniel represented Hobby Lobby, a privately held, 900+ unit chain, in leasing their first New York City location, which will open in 2023. Daniel has worked with AT&T’s corporate and franchise network to open new locations in all 5 boroughs. He also assisted Brooklyn-based American Standard Hospitality Group in opening 4 locations in two years. Prior to joining Katz in 2020, Daniel worked at Winick Realty Group where he built strong relationships with many of the city’s developers and retailers.
