Colleen joined Katz & Associates in 2021. She serves as a Marketing Coordinator in the Boca Raton office. Colleen assists the brokers on both the leasing and tenant side. She is responsible for the production of marketing brochures, sign requests and assisting with tenant REC packages and aerials for the team. She is originally from Southern California and moved to Florida 3 years ago with her husband Trevor, and son Parker (7). She received her Associates of Science degree in early education and nursing. She also served 4 years in the Air Force. Her current obsession is fixing up their 1960s bungalow in Pompano Beach, FL. She previously worked in the healthcare industry for the last 5 years and decided to move into something she is more passionate about, and that is real estate.
