Claire Crawford is a Director in the Atlanta office of Katz & Associates with a focus on retail tenant representation. Claire has broad experience supporting clients by diligently performing void analysis, strategic market planning, site selection, due diligence and lease negotiations. Claire’s background in retail development allows her to thoroughly identify, analyze and execute opportunities for her clients. Claire is most passionate about sourcing off-market opportunities by building relationships with property owners and landlords to unlock and maximize retail property value.
Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Claire partnered with Julie Solomon in 2023 to focus on supporting the expansion of national and regional tenants throughout Georgia and Alabama. Their current clients include retailers such as Best Buy, Fresh Market and Kohl’s as well as restaurants such as Bloomin’ Brands, Chipotle, Chicken Salad Chick, Jim N Nick’s, Piece of Cake and Pollo Campero.
Claire is graduate of The University of South Carolina. Claire is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR).
