Ashley is currently licensed in both Florida and Tennessee and draws heavily upon her experience in marketing commercial real estate property, as well as her knowledge of the local market, to assist buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate needs. Ashley’s focus is on Landlord and Tenant representation (leasing and sales) and her clients run the gamut from new, small businesses all the way to large commercial clients and investors.
While leveraging her expertise and dedication to help commercial clients find and secure their ideal property, Ashley cites the importance of communication, responsiveness and integrity in all aspects of her interaction with clients, business associates and the community in general. In her current role as affiliate broker at Katz, Ashley will work tirelessly to find and secure the perfect property for your business along with the best possible deal terms. Prior to joining the team at Katz, Ashley relocated with her family from Orlando, FL to Nashville, TN and, shortly thereafter, carried her passion for real estate over to Southeastern Commercial Properties, where she spent 4+ years both leading the marketing department and working as an affiliate broker. Outside of work, Ashley is an active member of the community and graduate of the Leadership Sumner Class of 2022. She continues her involvement with Leadership Sumner as both a board member, as well as fundraising chairperson. When not working, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors with her family camping, hiking, running, and gardening.
