Ashley Cusker represents retail tenants throughout the Southeast, advising clients on market-entry strategy, site selection, and transaction execution, including land acquisition through purchase or ground lease. She partners closely with growing brands to structure deals that support long-term expansion, guiding real estate decisions from early strategy through lease or acquisition. Current clients include: The PICKLR, Zaxby's, Fat Rosie's Taco & Tequila, Petsense, Cavender's, Books-A-Million, HOTWORX, D1 Training, Golf Envy and Ideal Dental.
Ashley brings a strong combination of market expertise and a commitment to clear communication, responsiveness, and integrity. At Katz, she works collaboratively with clients to identify the right opportunities and negotiate terms that align with their business goals and long-term success.
Prior to joining Katz in 2023, Ashley relocated with her family from Orlando, Florida, to Nashville, Tennessee. She previously spent more than four years at Southeastern Commercial Properties, where she led the marketing department while also working as an affiliate broker.
Outside of work, Ashley is actively involved in the community and is a graduate of the Leadership Sumner Class of 2022. She is on track to earn her CCIM designation in 2026 and currently serves on the board of the Middle Tennessee CCIM Chapter. In her free time, Ashley enjoys camping, hiking, running, and gardening with her family.
