Allan Carlisle joined the Katz Florida team in June of 2022 as a Director. He is a South Florida native with over 10 years in the commercial real estate industry. He brings a wealth of lease negotiation experience to Katz and Associates.
Allan has worked with countless publicly traded companies as well as private ownership groups, and he has completed transactions with a multitude of national, regional, and local tenants. He has worked with some of the largest institutional landlords in the country.
Allan enjoys working with people toward a common goal and seeing shopping centers transform with successful tenants. He shares that it’s exciting to bring a vision to life that will benefit a community.
Allan Carlisle is a member of ICSC. He graduated from Florida State University with his Bachelor’s Degree in English and Communications. He resides in North Palm Beach. In his free time, Allan enjoys boating with friends and family.
