Adam M. Caplan serves as Director at Katz & Associates in the Northeast. His primary focus is landlord representation in New Jersey and New York. Adam represents select national and regional retail tenants in their expansion across the greater New York City metropolitan area. He is a seasoned retail and office real estate leasing professional with over 13 years of experience.
Adam has completed retail lease transactions with dozens of renowned tenants, including Michaels, Foot Locker, Party City, T-Mobile, CityMD, Mavis Tire, Montefiore Medical Center, The Vitamin Shoppe, Leslie’s Pool Supply and Associated Supermarkets. He has leased and managed single-tenant retail properties, strip centers and major shopping centers across the United States and Canada.
Prior to joining Katz, Adam worked as an in-house Director of Leasing for major commercial real estate owners, including Ashkenazy Acquisition, The Mattone Group and Gladstone Development Corporation, with a concentration on retail properties across the northeastern United States.
Adam obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Yeshiva University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Adam is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and New Jersey.
